





'Ancient Grain' Holiday Pies - 6" or 9"
We are excited to offer two of our pie flavors in a more digestible format for those with gluten and/or processed sugar sensitivity. The crust is made with 100% stone-milled Einkhorn* grain (the most primitive grain, far from the conventional red wheat that makes up most flour) and grassfed butter - the filling is sweetened with honey instead of cane sugar.
Flathead Cherry Crumble Pie: Flaky, all-butter pie crust loaded with slightly tart Flathead Cherry filling, topped with 7-Grain Oat Crumble topping.
Triple Berry Cobbler Pie: Flaky ,all-butter crust filled with regionally grown honeyberries, blueberries, and huckleberries, with hazelnut crumble topping
*Einkhorn is NOT a Gluten-free grain, but we have been told by customers with wheat/gluten sensitivities and moderate intolerances that this grain is one of the only ones that is reliably friendly on their gut.
All pie crusts, fillings, and toppings are hand made with fresh-milled flour and farm-sourced ingredients.
