Brownie Mix: Fresh milled soft white wheat and rye flour, high quality cocoa powder, organic cane sugar, baking powder, salt.
Raspberry Scone Mix: Fresh milled soft white wheat and spelt flour, freeze dried raspberries, organic cane sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt.
Cornbread/Corn Muffin Mix: Fresh milled corn and soft white wheat, organic cane sugar, baking powder, salt.
Flagship Blend: The base flour we use for most of our breads - fresh milled hard red wheat, kamut, and rye.
